Bionic Breathing

Ruby Riots is secured in a straitjacket, bound to a vintage medical chair, their expressive eyes conveying everything as a gag fills their mouth. Elise Graves arrives to evaluate Ruby’s endurance, prying open their face with a nose hook and tongue clamp to test natural airflow. Fingers and a dildo push Ruby’s limits, but they pass, advancing to the next challenge. A ventilator hose is fitted to Ruby’s gas mask, their rapid breathing synced with the machine’s rhythm. A vibrator is locked between Ruby’s legs, stripping away control over both arousal and breath as Elise heightens the intensity, lowering the breaths per minute while increasing the vibration.
