Tightly hogtied barefoot then whipped

Steve is bound in an intense hogtie, wrists and elbows secured tight, knees and ankles locked together, and even his toes tied for total control. A sock gag silences his protests as Kim leaves him to struggle, utterly helpless. After a slow tease, she returns with a flogger, targeting his bare feet before stripping his shirt to whip his entire body, ensuring he feels every strike before release.
