In a special collaboration between Hinako Bondage Clinic and Tokyo Bondage Laboratory, Hinako and Chiaki are teaming up yet again to subs. Here, they mummify a sub to a high pillar and make him wear a cute mask, which makes it quite difficult for him to breath. And just like that, they get to work, taking turns him with the Hitachi, sharing in the delight of watching him squirm.
