Behold! The Iron Lung! As a long-time breath play fanatic, the Iron Lung has been the unattainable pinnacle of breath control devices. Not only was this heavy metal medical device designed precisely for the purpose of controlling a person’s breath, but also it is giant, beautiful, antique and simply over-the-top – exactly how I like my breath play toys! This assists the lungs in expanding, taking in air from outside the cylinder. I was very excited to play with this machine, as was Heavy. Naturally, I wanted to create an even more intense experience for Heavy, and so I secured them into a Max Cita straitjacket and leg binder and then belted them to the iron lung bed.
